On the morning of March 21, some leaders from Chongqing Yuanda Printing Co., Ltd. visited our company for an exchange. During the exchange, our company detailed the newly launched ERP and MES systems to Yuanda Printing. The new intelligent management system optimizes the process details and ensures the printing quality.
As of now, our pharmaceutical packaging production line and label production line, including medium and large-sized equipment, have been successfully connected and integrated into the new system and are operating normally. Its functions include: product files, production orders, production scheduling, workshop management, quality management, and production traceability. It has realized real-time monitoring of production progress, electronic issuance of work orders to workshop machines, strict control of material consumption, strengthened strict quality control, automatic data collection of machine personnel, and fully realized an intelligent and digital workshop. Through the use of the MOM system, our workshop management coordination level has been greatly improved, machine personnel have been relieved of the burden of data statistics, and production efficiency, product quality, and lean continuous improvement of the production process have been achieved.
