Lean Management: A Sharp Sword, Soaring High — Finding Strength in Perseverance, Achieving Dreams Through Persistence
Nov 09,2024
In July, with the launch of the lean project, lean improvement work in various work areas has been carried out intensively. Nearly a month has passed since the project launch. In the past 20-odd days, all colleagues in the company have worked together, learning and cooperating, from building model areas to tidying up non-model areas. This has allowed us to truly experience the team's determination and the power of perseverance, and we have also seen the effectiveness of lean management.
From initially having a simple understanding of the concept of lean management to gradually deepening our understanding of lean work during execution, we have come to understand that lean management production is not a simple project, nor is it simply a cleaning operation. It is a strategic measure to solve our business development problems, and it is also a responsibility. After the first phase of lean project training, various departments and production lines in the company have been like swords unsheathed, full of momentum. Employees have utilized what they have learned, combined with innovation, and each work area is making progress towards standardization. What is even more touching is that all improvements have been carried out in an orderly manner while ensuring production continues…
Company leaders have led by example, demonstrating responsibility and dedication through their actions; members of the promotion office have carefully guided each work area and provided valuable suggestions without reservation; under the guidance of positive energy, employees have truly achieved unity of thought and strengthened execution. It is worth affirming that many creative highlights have emerged from frontline employees during execution, exploration, and practice.
The initial stage of lean improvement was a period of breaking through the status quo. The entire process, needless to say, was arduous and challenging, but all our colleagues have demonstrated through the most practical and powerful actions that we can do it and do it well.
All things are difficult at the beginning. We started this lean project despite the difficulties in the context of such intense competition in the industry. Daily three-minute lean sessions, daily lean inspections, daily lean scheduling, daily lean improvements, daily lean innovations, daily lean enhancements, daily lean check-ins… replicating excellence, daring to innovate, and becoming a benchmark are our ultimate pursuits. Perseverance in the face of adversity is a promise of a rainbow. Every small improvement we make each day will become important milestones on our lean journey. We believe that after this experience, our Renhe family will surely see the most beautiful rainbow after the rain.
